Your fault, not ours

A big oil businessman chastises your average joe for hurting the environment by driving his car.

Producer Statement

This cartoon represents the unfortunate reality that companies that produce lots of pollution have been shifting the blame to the public. Oil companies have run ads that make the climate problem look like something that is controlled by the actions of individual people, and not large companies. This isn't isolated just to oil, there are more industries that do this, including the plastic industry, which brought me to this topic.
